– How long does it take to receive an order?
For an order of books and paper works, our average delivery time is 2 to 4 days (in Metropolitan France) from the time your order is taken care of.
For digital versions, you will have access to your ebook as an instant download following your order.
– Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver to Metropolitan France and Monaco. For any request in another country or in the DOM, please contact us via our email address or via the contact form before placing your order.
The delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed and take into account the total amount, the items ordered and the delivery address.
– Who delivers my article?
Our items are delivered through your local post office.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
– What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
For any dematerialised product or ebook, no return will be possible since it is an information product.
For any physical product, such as books and books in paper format, if it does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, re marketable and the costs of return are at your expense. The proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
