Synopsis

Zaven, a gifted teenager plagued by a sense of unease he can’t quite explain, is kidnapped by henchmen working for the enigmatic Professor Kelian.

Trapped in a laboratory where the scientists are playing at being sorcerers’ apprentices, he meets Zélia, a sort of double with strangely animal-like instincts.

Caught up in the whirlwind of a police manhunt fraught with pitfalls, with the help of Zélia and Myel, his girlfriend, Zaven follows the trail of a dangerous criminal and gradually uncovers the story of his origins.

Fifteen years earlier, as a naive young woman who was a bit too romantic, Chloé fell under the toxic spell of a medical student who would betray her and hand her over to a professor whose methods were questionable, to say the least—a proponent of genetic manipulation…
